This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
